so called 'home taping' for 'personal' use is not illegal.
giving that tape to your mate - well you then you begin to push the
boundaries of 'personal'
giving it to 20 people after taking a lot of trouble to master it to CD, oh
dear... don't sound very personal to me...
Maybe everyone should now go off and read some music/copyright law books.
